Penny Cloud is a very rare find. Not only does he have 5 generations of documented black leopard appaloosas behind him, but he is also a FEWSPOT! Fewspots are thought to carry 2 appaloosa genes which means that they are homozygous for it. With two leopard parents we are extremely excited to see what kind of color we get from Penny in the future. 07' was his first foal crop with 2 fillies-a black near leopard and a bay with sclera. 2008 should bring us 4-6 Penny foals as well as 2 Penny foals from outside mares. We bred some of our very best mares to him so keep checking back as his first is due in April!
